Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Class C Ground Water Operator License. This position serves as a primary/lead operator for the City's Water and Wastewater systems. It is responsible for the City's day-to-day water plant operations and quality compliance testing programs. This position may be assigned to other operations, maintenance, and construction projects of the Public Works Department, including: street and drainage system construction and maintenance; maintenance and operations; storm water system maintenance and compliance; parks maintenance; operation of heavy equipment; and right-of-way management.Job Type:
