) - MIDLAND, TX Competitive Pay Per Diem Provided (if travelling over 50miles) Lodging Provided ((if travelling over 50miles) Travel Pay (up to 8 hours) High Hours Available + OT Potential We are currently hiring experienced SWD Operators to support saltwater disposal operations in Midland, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Operate and monitor saltwater disposal systems, including pumps, tanks, and pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Operate injection pumps and monitor well pressures Manage disposal volumes and injection rates Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and other automation devices. Conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and repair equipment as needed to minimize downtime. Oversee wastewater treatment procedures to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance Inspect tanks, pipelines, and disposal systems Record daily operational data and volumes Respond to alarms and system issues Maintain site safety and environmental standards Familiarity with water treatment processes, wastewater management, and environmental compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-5+ years SWD or water handling experience Knowledge of injection wells and regulatory limits Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in field environments Strong safety awareness preferred
