Sanitation Supervisor - SEASONAL

Overview:

This position is for 18+. This job posting is for food & beverage sanitation supervisor seasonal Food and Beverage supervisor ($18.00/hr) ________________________________________________________________________________ Joining our Schlitterbahn team means you'll

• Address and resolve any food safety issues.
• Coach and train associates on proper food safety.
• Directly communicate to food managers on daily audit results.
• Greet guests, answer questions and ensure quality service.
• Conducts daily audits of food service areas, utilizing Six Flags approved audit form
• Prepares reports for regular review with Management. Reports should include weekly recaps and suggestions on improving processes
• Corrects immediate areas of deficiencies when observed.
• Reports any and all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety.
