Job Description

Job Summary Water & sewer operations company in Montgomery County has an open position for licensed wastewater plant operator.
Primary duties include:
daily plant operation, minor field service orders (reading water meters, turning on/off water meters and minor repairs) with 40-hour work week and occasional overtime. Must have high school diploma or GED, dependable transportation and a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Applicant must pass background check and submit to drug testing prior to employment. Must have valid TCEQ certification Benefits include health insurance after 90 days and 1 week paid vacation after first 12 months. As a Wastewater System Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of wastewater and water systems. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core skills in water treatment and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will utilize premium skills in programmable logic controllers and equipment repair to optimize system performance. Your relevant skills in plumbing and maintenance will further enhance the reliability of our operations. Pay:
$17.33 - $26.97 per hour
