We are seeking a Water Treatment Technician to support installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial systems. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems, including: Water softeners Acid neutralizers Reverse osmosis (RO) systems Filtration systems and related equipment Interact with customers in a professional, service-oriented manner Document service calls, customer interactions, and system performance Assist with training and mentoring apprentices or helpers Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life and AD&D insurance Paid time off and holidays Paid training and certification opportunities Stable, year-round work Supportive, team-oriented environment Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or plumbing-related systems Knowledge of water treatment, plumbing, or related field preferred Ability to safely use tools and equipment Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements Willingness to participate in weekend or on-call rotation as needed Ability to travel to job sites within the service area Driving & Motor Vehicle Record Requirement This position requires regular driving as part of job duties.
