Salary:

$125,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Per DiemFounded in 1947, we are a self performing general contractor employing roughly 1,000 people across the Southeast. Our Virginia Beach operations support approximately 90 employees and focus on water and wastewater treatment plant construction, structural concrete, mechanical installation, and heavy civil self-perform work. We serve municipal utilities, regional water authorities, and public infrastructure clients throughout Hampton Roads. We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations for treatment plant projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution.

What You Will Be DoingLead daily field operations for water/wastewater treatment plant construction, including concrete, mechanical, and process equipment scopesManage self-perform crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity, safety, and qualityInterpret drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure correct installation of process piping, equipment, and structural componentsMaintain project schedules, daily reporting, inspections, and field documentationEnforce jobsite safety programs and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvementWhat You Need for This Position5 to 10 years of Superintendent experience with a self-performing general contractorMandatory experience constructing water and wastewater treatment plantsStrong technical knowledge of concrete structures, mechanical systems, and process pipingProven ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors on complex civil/mechanical projects

Preferred:
