Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fabricator/Welder to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate, fit, assemble, and weld metal components according to drawings and specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in metal fabrication and welding processes. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components and structures. Operate welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Follow company safety and quality standards. Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication and welding preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced shop environment. Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused.
