Description seeking a skilled Welder to support fabrication and repair operations at its Childersburg, Alabama facility. This individual will be responsible for performing high‑quality welds on industrial components and assemblies while following safety, quality, and production standards. This is a hands‑on role in a manufacturing/fabrication environment. Skills Mig, Tig, Mig welder, Tig welding, Blueprint reading, Blueprint, Welding, Grinding, Fitting Top Skills Details Mig,Tig,Mig welder,Tig welding,Blueprint reading,Blueprint Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience as a welder in an industrial or manufacturing environment Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Experience with MIG welding (TIG/Stick a plus) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Childersburg, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
