Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to support production and manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for fitting and welding components using blueprints, work instructions, and welding specifications to produce high-quality finished products. Key Responsibilities Set up and adjust welding equipment for various materials and applications. Perform MIG welding according to print specifications. Produce strong, consistent welds that meet quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings. Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy. Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely. Assist with assembly processes using fixtures and production tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of welding experience or vocational training. Experience with MIG welding required. Ability to weld flat, vertical, and overhead positions. Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols. Knowledge of fabrication and welding equipment. Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in various welding positions, including kneeling, standing, and overhead work. Ability to work a full-time schedule with overtime as needed.
