Wetumpka, AL Pay:
Starting at $20/hour (+ $2/hour shift differential for evening shift)
Schedule:
Monday•
Thursday Day Shift:
6:00 AM•4:30
PM Evening Shift:
3:00 PM•1:00 AM (+$2/hr. differential)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our team in Wetumpka. This position involves structural steel welding in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints and performing accurate welds in multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on steel for structural components Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Weld in vertical and horizontal positions with precision Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
Experience with MIG welding (steel) required Ability to read and understand blueprints Proficiency in vertical and horizontal welding Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work full shifts and maintain consistent attendance Reliable transportation to Wetumpka facility
