Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Multi-Craft Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency across various projects. Your expertise in multiple welding techniques, fabrication processes, and mechanical systems will be essential to delivering high-quality results on time. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication and welding requirements. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <

Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal, ductwork, piping, and structural components. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely to move heavy materials and assemblies within the worksite or manufacturing area. Measure dimensions precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments; perform basic math calculations for fabrication tolerances. Fabricate custom metal parts by machining or pipe threading according to project specifications while following ASME codes & standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to welding, rigging, machining, and construction site practices. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks involving mechanical knowledge, schematics interpretation, soldering, and ductwork installation. Experience Proven construction site experience with hands-on welding and fabrication in industrial or commercial settings. Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW processes; experience with <
