Job Description
MIG Welder Build What Matters. Weld Something New Every Day. If you're a welder who thrives on variety, challenge, and craftsmanship—not repetitive production lines—this is the role you've been waiting for. We're looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder who wants to work on diverse, real-world projects and take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets exact customer specifications. This position offers excellent pay , hands-on fabrication, and the chance to work on everything from pipe welding to stairs and ladders , both in the shop and in the field. What You'll Do As a Fabricator/Welder, you'll play a key role in bringing custom metal projects to life: Assemble and weld a wide range of metal components with precision and consistency Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and cast Execute high-quality welds in 2G, 3G, and 4G positions Fabricate tanks, pipe, stairs, ladders, and custom metal structures Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints with confidence Measure, layout, fit, weld, grind, fill, and cap to exact specifications Record necessary data, measurements, and details to ensure design accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production goals and deadlines What You Bring to the Table Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of MIG welding experience 1+ years of metal fabrication using MIG and Flux-Core Experience welding carbon steel pipe , using .035 hard wire , flux-core , and dual shield (.045) Proven tank fabrication and structural welding experience Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication prints Strong tape measure skills and basic math competency Consistent ability to produce clean, high-quality welds Bonus Skills TIG welding and stainless steel experience Comfort with grinding, finishing, and detailed fabrication work Familiarity with common fabrication tools and equipment Why You'll Love Working Here Great pay for skilled welders who take pride in their craft Variety every day —no boring, repetitive welding Opportunities to work on unique and challenging projects Hands-on role with visible results and real impact Shop and field experience for well-rounded skill development Supportive team environment that values skill and reliability Work Schedule & Environment 1st
