This position requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural welding, layout, and fitting components for heavy industrial equipment and structures.

Note:

This is an experienced role. No trainee or apprenticeship programs are being offered at this time.

Compensation and Benefits Hourly Wage:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience (DOE)

Future Earning Potential:

Up to $40.00+ per hour for advanced, long-term technical mastery

Paid vacation and holidays Key Responsibilities Execute structural steel welding, fitting, and fabrication according to technical specifications and industry compliance standards. Safely operate industrial welding gear, cutting torches, grinders, and layout tools. Perform structural alignment and modifications on heavy industrial equipment assets. Collaborate with cross-functional maintenance and fabrication teams to maintain a safe, productive facility floor.

Candidate Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of documented, hands-on experience in structural welding, fitting, or heavy industrial steel fabrication.

Technical Skills:

Competency in standard welding processes and structural layout tools.

Requirements:

Basic written and verbal English proficiency is required to ensure workplace safety, accurate blueprint/instruction reading, and effective team coordination. Local San Francisco Bay Area applicants only (no relocation assistance available).
