Job Description
Stainless Steel Welder / Fitter Orange County, CA | Full-Time Established Orange County steel fabrication company seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Welder / Fitter to join our growing team. We fabricate high-quality stainless, carbon steel, and aluminum products for commercial and industrial projects throughout Southern California. We are looking for a dependable, skilled tradesman who can read drawings, fit accurately, and produce clean welds with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Fit and weld stainless steel assemblies from shop drawings Perform high-quality FCAW and GMAW welding Layout, tack, fabricate, and assemble components to specification Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Operate shop equipment including grinders, saws, ironworkers, and forklifts Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines Work closely with shop foremen and project managers Ensure safe work practices and maintain a clean work area Qualifications 3+ years experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding Strong proficiency in: FCAW (Flux Core)
