• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate a variety of equipment for the food processing and material handling industry, focusing on MIG welding with stainless steel. You will work closely with metal assemblies and weldments, utilizing hand tools, machine operations, and welding techniques to produce high-quality products.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform MIG welding on stainless steel.

+ Fabricate metal assemblies and weldments. + Utilize hand tools and operate machines for fabrication. + Follow verbal instructions and technical drawings. + Position, align, fit, and weld parts. + Lay out stock and sub-assemblies. + Set up and operate fabrication machines including rolls, brakes, flame cutters, drill press, grinders, and shear. + Experience in steel welding. + Proficiency in MIG welding and stainless steel fabrication. + Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.

• Work Environment
• The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for weekends and overtime. Work in a spacious 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
• Job Type & Location
• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
