Welder (1st Shift) WELDER Chatsworth, California Contract Jun 9, 2026 $23.00 Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder with expertise in
MIG & TIG
welding processes. The ideal candidate will be qualified to weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to meet high-quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities Perform
MIG & TIG
welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials according to project specifications. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to ensure accuracy in welding tasks. Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping as required. Conduct quality inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols. Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery in optimal condition. Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and production goals. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience Proficiency in welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a welding environment. [Optional] Certification(s) in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus but not necessary. Aerospace experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable working in various conditions, including heat and confined spaces. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Applicants will need to undergo a practical interview, to demonstrate their welding skills.

M-F 7am-3:30pm w/OT Saturday 7am-12noon
