Metal Manufacturing Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM start time (Overtime as needed)

Pay:

$19•20/hr to start, with potential to earn up to $21/hr+ based on skill and performance About the

Role:

We are seeking dependable and skilled Welders to join our team at a leading metal manufacturing company . The ideal candidate will be welding test ready, understand production expectations, and be committed to quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG/TIG or Stick welding on metal parts and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and precision Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Adapt to production demands and work overtime when required

Requirements:

Must be welding test ready Previous experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
