Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Duties Perform
MIG, FCAW
welding on various materials including sheet metal, square/ round tubing. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate components according to design requirements. Conduct quality inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with ASME codes and standards. Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move materials around the construction site or manufacturing facility. Engage in rigging practices for lifting heavy components during assembly or fabrication processes. Use calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills for precise measurements during fabrication tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in welding within a construction or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge and machining processes is advantageous. Experience with metal cutting/fitting Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.
