Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Perform welding tasks using techniques such as stick welding, soldering, and other methods as required. Work with sheet metal and ductwork to fabricate components for various projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications. Utilize hand tools and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Requirements Proven experience in welding with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and ductwork is preferred. Ability to operate cranes and other heavy machinery safely. Proficient in reading schematics and technical documents related to welding projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites. Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills as necessary.
