Welder/Fabricator (5 years experience required)

We are searching for the right individual, a fabricator with at least FIVE years' experience who is interested in expanding their skills and contributing to a growing company. Please Note:

We are a fabrication shop that requires everyone to be able to complete projects start to finish. We do not have positions that only perform welding or fitting. Position requirements (non-negotiables): Valid Driver's License Clean DMV Record (proof of record will be required) Drug Free A high school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Safety mindset Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Standing for the entire shift other than at breaks or lunch Must be able to measure, layout and cut accurately within 1/32" Must be able to perform simple math

MINIMUM 5

years welding experience in industry Welding certifications•

FCAW, SMAW

Highly Desirables:

Building/ construction experience, not just in the steel industry

Candidates will be required to perform a written/welding test to demonstrate skill set and knowledge. Candidates will be subject to a background check, DMV check and drug screening to be considered for this position.

Full-time Compensation:

$30.00•$40.00 per hour, based upon skill set

Schedule:

Start time 6:00 AM Monday•

Friday Summer and Fall:

50 hr +•work weeks

Winter & Spring:

40 hr +•work weeks Installation days are typically 10 hr +•days
