Job Description

Full-Time | Manufacturing / Industrial Environment | Growth Opportunity We are seeking skilled and motivated Industrial Welders (Levels 2-3) to support fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for welders who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and continuous skill development. What You'll Do Perform welding on steel and related materials according to specifications Use welding processes such as MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick (level dependent) Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Prepare materials by grinding, fitting, and positioning components Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards Work closely with leads, inspectors, and production teams Welder Levels (General Guidance) Welder 2: Independent welder, consistent quality, minimal supervision Welder 3: Advanced welder, complex welds, may assist with training or setup (Level assignment based on experience, testing, and demonstrated skill.) What We're Looking For Previous welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting Ability to pass a weld test (process depends on level) Knowledge of welding safety practices and equipment Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs and work on your feet Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude Work Environment Industrial fabrication / manufacturing facility Exposure to heat, sparks, noise, fumes, and heavy materials PPE required at all times (welding hood, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.) Why This Role Steady, full-time work Opportunity to grow skills and advance welding level Team-based environment with a focus on safety and quality If you're a welder looking for stable work and the chance to grow your skills in an industrial setting, apply today. #
