Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to cut, fit, weld, and assemble metal components and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with welding, strong fabrication skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication layouts Measure, cut, grind, and prepare metal materials for welding and assembly Perform Flux-Core welding on steel. Fabricate parts and structures using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, press brakes, shears, and drills Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards Repair or modify existing metal structures and equipment as needed Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet production deadlines Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication equipment
