$23.00 per hour Job description: Workforce Management is seeking a skilled and energeticTIG/ MIG
Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and manufacturing team on 2nd shift! In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-qualityTIG & MIG
welding operations on various metal components, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of durable structures, custom fabrications, and complex assemblies for manufacturing projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your welding skills in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are highly valued. Duties Perform TIG/MIG welding on diverse materials, including stainless steel and aluminum while, following detailed blueprints and schematics. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate directions. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or fitting parts prior to welding; execute precise welds in welding techniques as required. Follow safety protocols in accordance with ASME codes & standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and visual checks to ensure weld integrity meets industry standards. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Qualifications Long work tenure for every position held! Proven and confident in your TIG welding experience site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols. Demonstrated proficiency inTIG& MIG
welding - you will be given a weld test. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Capable of basic math calculations necessary for measurements. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
