Welder Apprentice (Aluminum) - Immediate Start |
Seasonal, Full-Time Location:
Denver,CO Pay:
Starting at $20/hour
Schedule:
4-day work week (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, 10-hour shifts)

Yes Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Welder Apprentice to join our production team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with basic welding experience who is eager to learn and grow into a skilled aluminum welder. You'll work closely with experienced fabricators and gain hands-on training in TIG and MIG aluminum welding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with welding prep (grinding, coping, staging materials) Support fabrication tasks (cutting, bending, assembly) Learn and practice aluminum welding (pipe, sheet, and plate) Help assemble products such as frames, cargo gear, and equipment Follow work orders and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Basic welding and/or fabrication experience preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Nice to
Have:
