We're hiring a Welder / Fabricator to set up and operate fabrication and welding equipment to produce high-quality steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components built to exact specifications. Why Join Us Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day One 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement for continued learning Clear career growth into advanced machining and skilled trades roles What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Set up and operate fabrication equipment (cold saws, Bridgeport mills, shears, brake presses, welding machines) Perform welding, grinding, deburring, and finishing work Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine machine maintenance and support uptime Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support production flow and continuous improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience Strong blueprint reading ability Experience with fabrication/welding equipment Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure) Alloy experience is a plus] Skills That Set You Apart Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Comfortable performing basic math (fractions, decimals, measurements) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions Work Environment Active manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and hands-on work Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Required use of all PPE and adherence to safety standards Ready to build precision work you can be proud of?
