Now Hiring - Entry Level Welder (MIG / TIG - Structural Steel) The Welder is responsible for producing high‑quality structural steel welds in a fast‑paced production environment. This role focuses primarily on MIG (GMAW) welding , with TIG welding used as needed to support production requirements. The ideal candidate is safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and experienced in welding structural steel components to specification. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components in accordance with drawings and specifications Conduct TIG welding on steel as required for production support Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment to ensure strong, clean, and consistent welds Inspect completed welds for quality, structural integrity, and compliance with standards; make corrections as needed Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Meet daily production goals while maintaining weld quality Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store tools and equipment Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel Hands‑on experience performing TIG welding on steel Ability to safely set up and operate welding equipment Strong understanding of welding safety practices and PPE usage Ability to read and follow welding instructions, specifications, or basic drawings High attention to detail and commitment to weld quality Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts consistently Preferred Qualifications Experience in a structural steel fabrication or production welding environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn shop‑specific procedures and quality standards

Work Schedule Day Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Night Shift:
