Job Overview Position:

Carbon Steel Pipe Welder We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and adhere to industry standards. The Pipe Welder will be responsible for constructing and repairing piping systems, ensuring that all work meets safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Build and install piping systems according to codes and standards. Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding). Execute pipe threading and ductwork installation as required. Conduct inspections of welded joints to ensure structural integrity. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Pipe Welder with proficiency in welding techniques. Strong knowledge of sheet metal work and rigging practices. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards governing welding operations. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials. Certification in welding or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
