Each mold is made to order based on custom designs. We are looking for an experienced welder/fabricator to work with a team or independently on manufacturing molds from blueprints from start to finish. Job Responsibilities Machining fabrication materials and components Fitting, setting, and installing fabricated structures Cutting and welding with a variety of processes Metal forming, bending, and finishing Inspecting and testing welds Cleaning tools, equipment and work areas Repair, design, layout, and estimation Overseeing team members Job Requirements Experience with structural steel and plate Team leadership experience Capable of fabricating from blueprints Hand and power tool experience Measuring instrument use and the ability to calculate/copy angles Experience with overhead crane use, to include safety and proper rigging is necessary Experience operating a variety of metalworking machinery At least 5 years of experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
