Full Job Description Pay:

$25.52 - $45.23 per hour Job description: Advanced Truck, a growing truck dealership and repair shop, is urgently seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator/Truck Builder to join our team. With our workload increasing and one of our valued team members unable to continue full-time due to health reasons, we need an additional person in the shop right away. This role involves welding, fabricating, and repairing truck bodies, frames, trailers, and heavy-duty components. We are looking for someone experienced — but we are also open to training a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the trade.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate, modify, and install custom parts, including truck beds, bumpers, and brackets. Perform welding, cutting, grinding, riveting, and assembly of truck body components. Inspect and repair damaged truck frames, beds, and other structural components. Assist with truck body repairs and fabrication projects of varying complexity. Maintain shop standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.

Requirements:

Welding and metal fabrication experience (preferred). Knowledge of truck body repairs and riveting is a strong plus. Experience with commercial trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment is beneficial. Mechanical skills and general problem-solving ability are highly valued. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Welding certifications are preferred but not required. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome — many of our shop staff are bilingual.
