Position:
TIG Welder / Fabricator We're seeking a skilled and motivated TIG Welder/Fabricator with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the layout, fabrication, and installation of aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel architectural metalwork. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom railings, gates, staircases, and balconies from detailed shop drawings. Perform precise TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Participate in on-site installations , ensuring accuracy, proper fit, and a professional finish. Interpret blueprints, measurements, and shop drawings with minimal supervision. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and uphold our quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of TIG/MIG welding and fabrication of railings experience . Ability to read and work from architectural drawings and shop drawings . Strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. Physically able to lift materials and work at heights without restrictions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must bring personal welding hood for testing. Clean driving record and background check may be required. Testing Requirements TIG and MIG welding test required before employment. Tests are conducted Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (no exceptions).
