In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques and ability to interpret technical schematics will be essential in delivering high-quality work that meets industry standards. Duties Perform MIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG welding, and other welding processes on different materials and structures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute fabrication tasks Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment to prepare materials for welding or assembly Maintain safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing facilities while rigging and handling heavy materials Inspect completed welds for quality assurance using visual checks and measurement tools; document work progress Skills Proficiency in multiple welding techniques including MIG, FCAW, TIG, and Florida welding standards Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Experience with hand tools Familiarity with ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication projects Ability to interpret schematics related to construction or manufacturing processes Knowledge of rigging procedures for lifting heavy materials safely on construction sites or in manufacturing environments Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks Three years experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing facilities with a focus on safety compliance Understanding of maintenance procedures for welded structures or mechanical systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) ; Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply Join us as a Welder if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your technical skills to impactful projects.
