Be Doing:

Layout & Fabrication:

Use your expertise to fit and assemble metal parts based on engineering specs.

Blueprint Mastery:

Interpret complex technical drawings to produce high-quality weldments.

Specialized Tools:

Daily use of welding equipment, cutting torches, and plasma cutters.

Leadership:

Assist in training newer team members as the shop grows. What You Bring to the

Table Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Technical Mastery:

You must be highly proficient at reading a tape measure and interpreting blueprints.

Experience:

Manufacturing background is preferred. Basic welding and torch/plasma experience is required.

Certification:

Welding school certification is a major plus!
