About the role Position Summary Reworld is seeking a skilled Fabricator / Welder to support project-based shop work in either Hernando, Florida or York, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for the fabrication and welding of steel and stainless-steel assemblies of varying complexity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is a safety-focused professional with strong fabrication skills, code welding experience, and a desire to grow a long-term career in industrial fabrication. Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel and stainless-steel assemblies of varied size and difficulty
• Interpret and work from blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specifications
• Perform MIG and TIG welding in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Measure, cut, bend, and form metal components using shop equipment
• Operate fabrication equipment including plasma table, press brake, band saws, torches, lathes, mills, and hand tools
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and telehandlers
• Perform code welding, including pressure vessel-certified welding when required
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Collaborate effectively with shop team members and project stakeholders Safety & Quality Expectations
• Maintain zero tolerance for unsafe behaviors or conditions involving yourself and others
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail and pride in results
• Follow all Reworld safety policies, procedures, and training requirements Required Qualifications
• Certified MIG and TIG welding experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
• Hands-on experience with metal fabrication tools and shop equipment
• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and mobile material-handling equipment
• Technical or vocational welding school training, or equivalent welding experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as required by project schedules Preferred Qualifications
• Code welding experience, including pressure vessel or code-standard work
• Experience welding P1, P3, P4, and P5 materials Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and welding for extended periods
• Work performed in an industrial fabrication shop environment

Pay Transparency Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $60,000.00 - $79,900.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
