Job Description

Atlantic Awnings & Metal Works is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. We specialize in custom aluminum canopies, pergolas, awnings, motorized screen systems, and other architectural metal structures for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and weld aluminum structures according to shop drawings Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements Cut, fit, assemble, and weld components with precision Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drills, and other shop tools Maintain quality standards and ensure projects are completed accurately Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience Experience welding aluminum required MIG welding experience required (TIG experience a plus) Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fabrication shop environment Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
