With over 30 years of fabrication experience and active facilities in both Miami and Houston, we're rapidly expanding our production capacity to support large-scale power generation projects nationwide. Position Overview We are seeking skilled Welder / Fabricators to join our Miami team. The ideal candidate has strong welding and fabrication experience, the ability to interpret fabrication drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality, precision-built generator enclosures and sub-base fuel tanks. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel and aluminum components. Fabricate and assemble generator enclosures, sub-base fuel tanks, and structural frames. Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols. Prepare, fit, and tack parts according to specifications. Operate shop tools including plasma cutters, grinders, saws, and brakes. Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures. Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to ensure proper fit-up and alignment. Qualifications 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience in a heavy steel or industrial manufacturing environment. AWS certification preferred (GMAW/FCAW). Ability to read and interpret detailed fabrication drawings and weld symbols. Experience welding fuel tanks, pressure-tested assemblies, or similar work is a major plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fabrication shop environment. Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday-Friday. Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with overtime opportunities. Benefits package available after the probationary period.
