Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Composite Technician to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and inspecting composite materials used in high-performance products. Your expertise will ensure the quality and precision of composite components, supporting our commitment to excellence in aerospace, automotive, or industrial applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced materials and cutting-edge fabrication techniques in a dynamic environment. Duties Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble composite parts. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools to cut, shape, and assemble composite materials. Fabricate components by applying techniques such as sanding, trimming, drilling, and bonding composites according to specifications. Conduct inspections using micrometers and other precision instruments to maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Follow safety protocols related to handling composite materials, welding, soldering, and operating machinery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or manufacturing floor for efficient workflow. Requirements Proven experience with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and fabrication of composite materials. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers. Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication processes. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and assembly procedures involving composites. Ability to operate forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for working with small parts and intricate assemblies.
