Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques, particularly aluminum MIG welding, and will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites. Duties Perform MIG welding on aluminum components and structures. Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Rig materials as needed for lifting or transport during the welding process. Skills Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of welding safety practices. Experience with power tools and hand tools commonly used in metal fabrication. Knowledge of rigging techniques for moving heavy materials safely. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing tasks. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
