Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in MIG welding on steel. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints and performing cutting tasks. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel structures. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Utilize measurement tools to ensure precision in tasks. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Engage in general construction and production activities. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in MIG welding. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Competence in measuring accurately with tape measures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a pre-fabrication shop environment. General construction and labor experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work takes place in a pre-fabrication shop environment that is not climate-controlled but is comfortable for working conditions. Shift hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austell, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
