Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder Helper to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will assist skilled welders in preparing materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety standards are maintained on site. Duties Assist welders with material handling, including loading, unloading, and positioning sheet metal, pipe, and ductwork components for welding and fabrication tasks Prepare work areas by setting up hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other equipment required for welding operations Support welding processes such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <
