This position involves welding, metal fabrication, equipment repair, and working with custom projects. We need someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up ready to work, and can solve problems in the field and shop. What We're Looking For Someone who works hard and takes initiative A team player with leadership potential Quality work over shortcuts Dependable and punctual No whining — just someone ready to get the job done Pay based on experience.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and work orders Weld and fabricate steel, aluminum, and other metal components Cut, grind, fit, and assemble materials Repair gates and metal structures as needed Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment safely Troubleshoot issues and complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with customers and team members Looking for someone to practice LEAN in the workplace
Qualifications:
Welding and fabrication experience required Experience with MIG welding required (TIG and Stick a plus) Ability to use fabrication tools and power equipment safely Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work outdoors when needed Able to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions Good attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license About Company ECA Gate & Lock is a small, fast-growing company that specializes in providing high-quality gate and lock systems to both residential and commercial customers.
