Team Member Position Summary The Welding Team Member is responsible for safely and efficiently producing high-quality products by following work instructions and utilizing specialized tools. Duties and Responsibilities

Assembly & Handling:

Safely assemble or handle units while maintaining quality and adhering to standard cycle times.

Equipment Operation:

Operate welding and assembly equipment safely and effectively.

Team Collaboration:

Support standardized work processes and contribute to team-oriented goals.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes.

Verification:

Verify correct part numbers according to work instructions. Ensure all previous parts are assembled and/or welded correctly before adding new parts. 5

S Participation:

Engage in 5S activities and maintain Tool & Jig Home Locations.

Compliance:

Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and

ISO 14001

requirements.

Special Projects:

Perform special projects as requested, related to job tasks. Essential Skills and Experience Basic competency in the English language. Ability to read and follow specific work instructions. Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in business needs. Must have Mig Welding expereince Preferred Skills and Experience Knowledge of MIG welding and/or assembly processes is preferred. Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous. Working Conditions The work environment may involve physical demands that require reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities. Physical Requirements Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions. Must be able to stand for the entire shift. Use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms; ascend stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. Communicate effectively (talk and hear). Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
