Months Job Duties:
Perform FCAW and GMAW (MIG) welding based on engineering drawings and blueprints. Interpret blueprints to fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to required tolerances. Operate hand and power tools, including grinders and chipping hammers. Maintain compliance with workplace safety and quality standards. Enter labor hours and production data into ERP systems (SAP preferred). Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in 5S/housekeeping activities. Troubleshoot welding equipment and consumable-related issues. Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and team members to meet production goals. Ensure customer requirements and quality expectations are met.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of hands-on welding experience with FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and GMAW (MIG Welding). Travel required•Need local people, only within 20 miles of Thomasville, GA 31792
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 5:00 AM•1:30 PM HC01
Pay:
$21.00•$22.00 per hour
