We are a metal fabrication company, specializing in agricultural tractor protective cages, as well as custom fabrication jobs. We need a welder with the ability to follow directions and has great common sense. The workload and pay will change in accordance with experience/performance. Weekly pay (Direct Deposit), after 90 days eligible to use paid time off that is accrued during hours worked and paid Holidays. On time 100% per pay period incentive! Work will include GMAW (mig) welding, cutting (oxy/ac and plasma), grinding, fitting, and jig work. Workers will also have the opportunity to learn and assist in CNC cutting and bending.
