What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel components, using both manual and robotic welding stations Follow blueprints and job orders to complete parts to spec Inspect materials, check quality, and document results in real time Operate welding fixtures and equipment safely, using proper PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures Contribute to a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment What We're Looking For Proven welding experience (MIG preferred) — must be able to pass a weld test at Uniparts Olsen Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for the duration of a shift Reliable and safety-focused team player Why You'll Love Working Here Hourly pay range: $19-$23 per hour , based on skills and experience, with opportunities for overtime Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401(k) with match Annual steel-toe boot stipend plus company-provided PPE A culture built on safety, teamwork, and stability Opportunities for advancement in a growing global company Employment Requirements Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
