What You'll Be Doing As a Welder, you'll play a key role in building quality products by: Fabricating parts and assemblies through cutting, fitting, and welding operations Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and production drawings Preparing materials and components for welding Designing and fabricating welding fixtures Operating welding equipment, plasma cutters, grinders, and fabrication tools Inspecting finished work to ensure dimensional accuracy and weld quality Assisting with material movement and positioning using approved lifting equipment Supporting production schedules while maintaining Bloom's high quality standards Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area Every weld matters. What We're Looking For ✓ Welding and fabrication experience preferred ✓ Welding certification is a plus ✓ Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings ✓ Strong measuring and fabrication skills ✓ Experience operating welding and fabrication equipment ✓ Attention to detail and commitment to quality ✓ Positive attitude and dependable attendance ✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a winning team.
