1st Shift Welder

Welder We're looking for experienced welders who take pride in producing strong, clean, and consistent welds. Whether your experience is in structural steel or aluminum fabrication, this opportunity offers steady hours, variety in your workday, and long‑term career stability. Position Overview As a Welder, you will support several welding departments including structural steel, aluminum welding, and general fabrication. You'll work independently at your own station, perform high‑quality MIG welding, and interpret blueprints to complete large‑scale weldments with accuracy and craftsmanship. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
