Must be able to read and use tape measure Steel Toe boots required Job Overview We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves working with various materials and equipment to produce high-quality welded products while adhering to safety standards and specifications. Responsibilities Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components. Utilize hand tools and machinery, including press brake machines, for shaping and forming materials. Perform plasma cutting and stick welding as needed for specific projects. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery. Skills Proficient in MIG welding techniques with experience in fabrication. Familiarity with operating press brake machines and forklifts is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience with plasma cutting, stick welding, and soldering techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks. Ability to use various hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Please submit resume
