We're looking for motivated welders who want consistent hours, hands-on experience, and a clear path to a long-term career. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate MIG welding equipment (steel & aluminum) Perform high-volume welding including tack, assembly, and finishing work Read and follow blueprints and weld symbols with confidence Inspect your work to ensure quality and precision Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet specs Track production and help keep operations running smoothly Maintain a safe, clean workspace Collaborate with a supportive team to hit daily production goals ✅ What We're Looking For MIG welding experience (school or production environment) Ability to weld 16-12 gauge steel Welding certificate or formal training preferred Basic blueprint & weld symbol reading skills Comfortable using grinders and fabrication tools Strong attention to detail and reliability Positive attitude and team-first mindset Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.
