Job Description

$25.00 per hour and up for experienced welders. Newt Marine Service, a reliable fixture in the Upper Mississippi marine service industry, is looking for experienced welders. This position offers variety in your workday. Fabrication of barges and other marine equipment along with fabrication repairs to large boats. Most fabrication is done with arc/stick and MIG welding. Since 1965, Newt Marine Service has been supporting commerce, recreation and wildlife needs on the inland waterways. We strive to safely execute marine projects with pride. What We Require:
Minimum 1 year verifiable welding experience Arc welding / SMAW experience Torch cutting experience Ability to measure and cut materials Read blueprints
