What You'll Do:

Perform production MIG welding on various steel components Weld in multiple positions including overhead, flat, and vertical Set up welding jobs using fixtures and follow blueprints/specifications Utilize hand tools and grinding equipment to finish welds Visually inspect welds to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience using a MIG welder (school or hands‑on experience welcome) Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or work instructions Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a manufacturing environment
